I wish I could give a positive answer so much not right around my truck. Way to much time to do the job especially when the part came in early & to much to write. I'm still waiting to get truck in to get the rest of the work done that I've paid for. My windshield wipers worked when I brought truck in but not when I got truck back & someone left fuses in my truck don't know what they r for. Fan did not get fixed & heater still not working. Not safe to be driving without wipers. I'm not going to go into other things that happened around getting my truck back. I also had to pay someone to use their car daily to get to my horse twice a day. When I left on the 24 of July August said he would have Nicole order a different fan for what they thought was related to heater not working. It the 16th of August & nothing has been arranged. Im really saddened about all this & need auto help with a reliable shop. U have an excellent reputation so I know this can't b happening on a regular basis. Please get my truck back in so I can move on from here. Sincerely Robyn

I scheduled an appointment for a pretty large job on my truck. There was an issue with the wrong parts being ordered which delayed the repair, however, I have ran into this problem with the truck in the past with other components, so I don't place fault on the shop. Dustin was very receptive to feedback and went out of his way to get the job done in time for my family and I to leave for a camping trip. It can be a bit nerve wracking to bring your vehicle into a new shop, especially for a major repair, however, I would not hesitate to come back in for any future work I might need.

This shop rebuilt my whole motor and was very good at communicating the progress during the whole thing. I use them for vehicle maintenance and check ups on my truck and they always make time on their busy schedule to make sure that everything is in proper working order. Needed a clutch job on my car all the garages in town quoted $2400 but DC quoted me significantly less I was skeptical but the reviews said otherwise I’m glad I went with my instincts incredible work awesome communication very timely completion AA++ garage highly recommend and will definitely be back I have 3 cars and I just found my new mechanics

Most honest & fair repair shop I have ever been to!!
Brought my 1993 Ford F-250 in for rear pinion seal. Dustin and Andy took care of for less than what I was prepared for. They also checked out a fuel tank gauge issue, and were able to get it working without having to replace any parts.( it may foul up again, but works when I picked it up) I have known Dustin for over twenty years. Definitely recommend him for anything automotive that he does. Very air and reasonable.

2009 Chevy Silverado 1500. Brought my truck in. They replaced Oil pressure switch and also did an oil change. Very quick and on point. As of now truck is holding oil pressure and hasn’t failed yet. Also they warranty all the work they do for one year.. so that is something to have as a piece of mind. I Will most definitely use them again!
My car's battery connection was loose and I took it to DC Auto Repair shop, they ordered the new part right away and installed it on the car, I was traveling that day and in the morning had a small issue with starting the car, I am glad that I took my car there before initiating the road trip. The staff is very professional and honest, they also made great recommendations and explained the issue with the cable that connects with the battery. I highly recommend this place.
Cannot thank or say enough good things about DC Auto Repair! The owner, Dustin, goes above and beyond to ensure that maintenance/repairs done by himself or his crew are done properly! Have and will continue to make the drive from Edmonds to Oak Harbor for anything my vehicle needs as a great shop like this one is beyond hard to come by these days!
Traveling from San Diego and our back brake light wires shorted out. Dustin squeezed us in and found the source to the problem! A repair and we are back on the road, safely! Grateful for DC’s experience and flexibility!
